When we first came to Pensacola Beach in
2002, we were amazed at the beaches and the
many things there are to see and do. Yet, it is
much less commercialized than other areas on
the Gulf (we hope this remains a secret).
There are three different and unique areas to
enjoy: Pensacola Beach, Pensacola Bay and
Pensacola Proper. There is no better place to
"call home" than to live on the beach and enjoy
all the natural Gulf of Mexico beauty while
traveling short distances to the bay for water
sports and to the city of Pensacola for that
'home town' feeling, wonderful restaurants and
varied night life.
And we have the Blue Angels!

We began staying at hotels, always on the beach, but soon learned of the much better value of renting one of the
condominiums available. We eventually settled on Emerald Isle for its unsurpassed view of the Gulf, excellent and
well maintained facilities and convenient location.
When the time was right, we began looking to purchase and are fortunate to have owned this #706 1100 sq. ft. two
bedroom gulf front condo since August of 2008. Phase I of our remodel was completed in September, 2008 and
phase II was completed in October, 2009. It is our plan, as it is with many after establishing regular visits to the
Pensacola area, to move here in the not too distant future.
Please take a look around the interior of our condo; we have all new furnishings. The living room and both bedrooms
have new wall mounted flat screen TV's and every room has a fresh coat of rich vibrant color. It is our plan to continue
